7 Days Return & Exchange

We take full responsibility for our products what we sell. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return the items to us within 7 days of delivery to get a new product or partial / full refund.

jeyachandrantextiles.in main object is to give complete customer satisfaction and a smiling experience after the purchases & delivery.

Since we are sourcing the products from manufacturing unit, there is through checking and quality control on our products before leaving the factory. Also before dispatch our team thoroughly checks every item before packing the same. However if in case if there is any manufacturing defects in our apparel products we will readily exchange the same for you.

We commit that if there is a mistake of sending any manufacturing defective goods to you then the return courier cost will be borne by us.

  • Under Garments - Bra, Vests, Briefs, Trunks and Lingerie.
  • Imitation Jewellers - Anklets, Bangles, Earrings, Bracelets, Brooches, Pendants, Necklaces and Rings.
  • Accessories - Cosmetics & Perfumes, Sunglasses
  • Home Appliances - Electronic Products and Watches for hygiene and other reasons.
  • Gift Vouchers, Loyalty Card, Discounted Products.
  • Customised / Altered Garments as per your request
  • Please note that in certain products like hand loom and silk products certain weaving effects looking like defects are not manufacturing defects but inherent nature of the product during production. Such items will not be considered for exchange as manufacturing defects.
  • Make sure that you return your products within 7 working days of confirmation in proper condition along with original packing. Include a copy of the invoice. Do not return washed, changed or worn products.

The fabric swatches and photography that are represented on our website have been provided to give you a visual representation of the product options available through jeyachandrantextiles.in. However, due to variations in individual user’s monitor settings, calibrations, color printing settings, and lighting sources, we realise that your product will not be an exact match to the colors represented on the site.

Please check quality and quantity of your products along with invoice before accepting your parcel, if it is damaged or tampered, refuse to accept the delivery parcel in case of any discrepancy or you can accept delivery only after putting appropriate comment on the proof of delivery.
